down on the farm

I feel very farm worthy in this outfit. Like I should be milking cows and picking up eggs from the chicken coop. Now, I know that a true farmhand would not be wearing flats and a flashy scarf but this is my idea of working on a farm. Also, I have no plans of ever doing that. I don’t like farms, they scare me. I like lots and lots of noise, and people. I do want a chicken though. Do you think I could make this happen in my apartment? I’ll have to run it by Dave since we have a dog and all.

Why do I enjoy watching Teen Mom? No, but seriously. This show isn’t realistic and those girls get paid A LOT of money to put their experiences on TV. Like the girl, Amber (yeah, I know their names), who is on parole, classy. I think it’s because I watch the show and think “hey, I made it through high school without that happening to me. yeah”. I also didn’t have a boyfriend so that might have been part of the reason. I was also really into the theatre. Nerd. However I can sit here and judge these kids for their life decisions while eating out of a bag of baked Ruffles and go to bed whenever I want* so I guess in life it eventually pays being a nerd- but only for this reference.

*I still must go to bed at a reasonable hour because I’m an adult and I have to be at work in the morning. Yeah mid-20’s!
