So from yesterdays post I said I was seeing The Shins tomorrow and by tomorrow I meant yesterday, Tuesday. I forgot to publish the post on Monday and now everything I say is confusing. Welcome to my life.
The Shins were awesome, almost as awesome as that above title (wink). I danced, wore a fake mustache and had a tasty beverage. The dancing was the best part. Why can’t all concerts be that fun? I like to dance. All.The.Time.
So I haven’t talked about this a lot on here but I started taking an improv class in April and we performed out “graduation” show on Monday. It felt awesome to be in that moment and hearing everyone laugh. Even if most of the audience was filled with people I know, they are bias. Since you missed it (sorry) I have re-created poses from last night. I felt all SNL, I’m like the Columbus Kristen Wiig. Case in point:

1. Me before the show whining about how nervous I was and how I was about to upchuck. I look like I have heartburn.

2. My stance on stage. Standing up straight is hard.

3. This is me mid-burp. I didn’t burp during the show this is just me in everyday life. You’re welcome.
If I’ve learned anything in the past few days it’s that Improv is the best and cute boys hang around the Columbus Funny Bone.
